The event will open at 11am and run until 4pm in Shipley Market Square.
Bradford residents will have the opportunity to stand together and celebrate the men and women, both past and present, who serve our country. They will also have the opportunity to make their own personal pledge of support to the Armed Forces community.
Stalls will be available offering family friendly activities along with exhibitors from across the district providing information on the heritage of the district and showcasing work to preserve the memory of those who have served, including our local Covenant Partnership.
Additionally, market stall holders selling a range of produce and products will also be available at the venue for those attending the event. Traders, artists, crafters, charitable or community organisations who would like a market stall at the Armed Forces Day are invited to contact [email protected].
There will also be a climbing wall and face painting for youngsters to enjoy free of charge and the Hall Royd Band to entertain the crowds.
